The standard legal billing policy of TechXtend is to bill the customer's credit card on the day of order shipment.
TechXtend accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
In addition to credit card ordering online, we also accept prepayment by personal checks and net 30 terms to qualified accounts. New accounts must provide bank information and trade references.
When ordering from TechXtend, we are obligated by tax laws to add state sales tax to orders that have a shipping address in the following states: California, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Texas.
The web site supports 3 shipping options: Ground, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day delivery. Saturday Delivery for these products may be available, but you must arrange this with our Sales Department.
Item ordered not in stock?
Just ask us! TechXtend has relationships with a large network of suppliers.
Our priority is customer satisfaction. If an item is out of stock or a shipment is delayed for any reason, we will do our best to keep you informed via email of the status until the order gets to your door and provide you with alternative options when necessary.
