InstallShield Virtualization

InstallShield Virtualization option allows applications to be deployed as Microsoft App-V virtual packages that run without conflict. Now when developers build a traditional MSI project, InstallShield can simultaneously build it as a virtual App-V package. InstallShield can also automatically modify legacy MSIs to App-V packages.

InstallShield Standalone Build

The InstallShield 2012 Spring Standalone Build add-on enables developers to maintain a clean build system by using the part of InstallShield that builds the installations, plus any redistributables that are to be included in installations. Standalone Build licensing options are available for developers or teams, and for virtualization.
